Each Person Needs to Bring one of the following Forms of ID:

Drivers License

State Issued ID

Military Service Card

Passport

Alien Registration Card

Matricula Consular Registration Card

Consular Identification

If ANY of these events took place in the last 2 years you MUST bring proof or we will not be able to execute the Marriage License:

Divorce

Death Certificate

Annulment

Dissolution of State Registered Domestic Partnership

You both will need to know you birth father and birth mother’s full names. (First, middle and last)

Lastly, you will need to put the same home address for both of you on the marriage license application

Forms of payment we accept include, cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay or credit card.

In order to confirm your appointment, we have a mandatory non-refundable $50 holding fee which is applied to your total amount due.
