Yes, you can! Here at Marriage Express LA we are able to issue marriage licenses to the couple within 15 minutes of the meeting, immediately after we are able to sign off on the marriage license legally bonding the marriage and we give instant proof of mariage right after we are done! Once our appointment is over we file the marriage license with the county so our clients don't have to lift a finger! 

Even though we give a instant proof of marriage (Customer copy of the marriage license) it takes the county 6-8 weeeks to mail the marriage certificate out to you. Unfortunately there is no way to expedite this process as we are at the mercy of the counties processing times.

Marriage Express LA requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to reschedule your ceremony for a future date. Additionally, the deposit will count towards the total amount of the appointment.

It's best to book as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Marriage Express LA books up quickly during peak wedding season, so we recommend booking at least 1 - 2 days in advance. With this being said, we welcome same day appointments. Let us know what time, day and place and we will do our best to make it happen!

Absolutely! Residency in the US is not required by either party to get Married in California. Just make sure both parties have a valid (Non-Expired) form of government issued ID.
